Up for Sale is my 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS restored 18 years ago in Beautiful Condition !!! Color is Dark Phanthom Blue with white stripes in really awesome condition. Turns heads at the car shows and cruising on nice sunny days only. Drives real straight and stops great with the optional front disc brakes and F-41 suspension. Has a 12 bolt rear with 331 gears posi traction PS/Pb and has original SS wheels that are in mint condition. The body is super straight and the paint is in really nice shape with a nice shine to it. Has a few minor flaws but have to go up really close to notice. I would take her to any car show. Frame is solid and No Rust. The car was Chassis black coated years ago.Has Polyurethane bushings and the car rides and handles great. The interior is in great condition- seats and rugs are in mint shape and headliner is perfect as well. Dash is solid no cracks and lights work. All the gauges work which includes Autometer gauges on the bottom of the dash. I believe they are water temp, oil temp and oil pressure. The engine is a 396 - 4 bolts main block but not original, it's a 1969 Camaro big block with ovalport heads and the motor was rebuilt about 10 years ago. The car has an electronic ignition with P.GM HEI Distributor. The car runs cool even on hot days. Harmonic balancer, aluminum pulley kit. When the motor was rebuilt the block was bored .060 over. Has about 5, 000 miles, runs awesome . Has an after market comp cam 292 lift with Edelbrock intake dual plane and a Holley carb double pumper, 750 has Headman jet coated headers and a detailed Flowmaster mufflers with tail pipes and the correct tips. Has M-20 rock crusher transmission with factory Hurst shifter with a Lakewood bell housing and a centerforce clutch. Shifts great, no grinding at all. I had 2 Chevelle guys look at the car when I purchased her and it's the real deal. Has the special frame bars that the SS Chevelles only came with. The guy I got the car from said there is a possible build sheet underneath the back seat , I never checked for it. I also got in contact with the guy who had the car for a long time, it came from PA and the car was def garaged.
